Who knows what evil lurks in the hearts of men? The Shadow knows or so he says. The Shadow was one of the more popular mystery radio programs ever. It ran from the late thirties to the 1950s and inspired a horrible Alec Baldwin movie in the 90s.  The episode we chose had dreadful audio quality, so the guys made the best of it as they fought through the mostly indecipherable dialogue.

This week the guys hop in their time machine and go back to 1942 where they listen to a broadcast of the radio mystery program, The Whistler. The guys are not all that sure what is going on in this particular episode, which is called Death has a Thirst,  but it seems to be a bit of a precursor to shows like The Twilight Zone and Tales From The Crypt.
